La Natayaise is Benin’s first craft beer, brewed from sorghum, cassava, and hops, using crystal-clear water from the surrounding mountains. Available in blonde, dark, and as Tango (with grenadine syrup added to blonde beer) it has become the local favorite, and will soon be launched nationwide.

At BIO-BENIN, we train young people in craft beer brewing, helping them find employment or to start their own microbreweries.
To meet growing demand and fight climate change, we plan to build a solar-powered cold room. This will allow us to scale up production from 20,000 to 60,000 liters per year.
