BIO-BENIN offers underprivileged youth a training program in professional culinary arts. At our restaurant, Chez Guillaume, both female and male apprentices prepare healthy, delicious meals using organic ingredients from our farm, promoting the health and well-being of the community.
We also provide training in craft beer brewing, through the production of La Natayaise, equipping young people with valuable skills in this growing sector.
